Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Tool Maker II is an experienced skilled trade position responsible for the manufacture, maintenance, repair, and modification of production tooling, fixtures, and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operation.
Available shifts- 1st Shift: 6:00am-2:00pm M-F
- 1st Shift: 7:15am-3:15pm M-F
- Manufacture, repair, modify, and maintain tools, dies, molds, fixtures, and gauges that meet production requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and specifications.
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, welder, etc.).
- Perform precision machining to tight tolerances using various metals and materials.
- Diagnose tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, height gauges, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and other Tool Maker personnel on tooling improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of tooling changes and repairs.
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Requires minimum of 2 years of experience.
Nice to Have- Welding experience (Mig, Tig, and Plastic Welding)
- TRAK Programming experience
- 3 years minimum experience programming CNC Machines.
For baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Benefits& Compensation
Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $55,200.00 – $82,800.00. This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Operations Incentive Plan (OIP).
