Production Crew

Purpose:

Highly organized, detail oriented, team player wanted!

Our team is responsible for processing bulk rope, in-house kit items, custom splicing, and wire swaging services. We will teach you, so don’t worry if you’ve never had a job like this before. This is a fun CREW to work on, everyone gets along very well, and we have a great time working together. Our facility has access to virtually every type of cordage there is, so you get the chance to work on just about anything.

Splicers have the responsibility of creating custom spliced ropes for our customers and must be able to communicate well. All our Splicers receive training and practice time to pass and maintain the required certifications for the splices they make. Safe splices are of the highest importance to us, and we produce the absolute best splicing work every single day.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process bulk rope
• Process in-house kit items
• Custom splicing

Required Qualifications:

• Strong desire to provide the best customer service.
• Ability to maintain a friendly, positive attitude.
• Professionalism and Teamwork.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• The willingness to learn new things.
• Ability to work with their hands which include repetitive motions and heavy lifting.
• Other duties within the company as required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some high school

Working Conditions:

• Work is physically strenuous. Workers are typically required to lift heavy packages, bend, stoop, utilize ladders and/or operate heavy equipment.
• Warehouses are often blocked buildings, and some workers must walk long distances repeatedly throughout the day.
• Depending on the type of merchandise stored, warehouses are clean, well ventilated, and well lighted.
• Warehouse workers who work on loading platforms may be exposed to all kinds of weather, and those who work outdoors should wear protective clothing.
• To reduce the risk of accidents, workers are required to follow strict safety regulations.
• Warehouse workers generally work about forty hours a week. Overtime is often available at premium rates, and the work is usually steady all year.
