EOS Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Respond to guest maintenance requests using the work order system;
Prioritize and complete maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, drywall, lighting;
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and exterior spaces to ensure facilities meet standards;
Perform preventative maintenance on property systems and maintain safe work areas;
Assist with seasonal setup, snow and ice management, and vehicle/golf cart upkeep
