At Sport wheels Sports Excellence, we don’t just sell equipment—we keep it in top shape. We’re looking for a mechanically inclined, customer-focused team player to join our Service Shop Team. Whether you’re tuning up a bike, troubleshooting gear, or helping a customer find the right part, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping athletes on the move. If you have a knack for working with tools and enjoy solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.
Some experience working on bikes—whether your own, a friend’s, or professionally—is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- Assess customer needs and create detailed work orders for repairs and service
- Assemble, repair, and maintain sporting equipment while meeting deadlines
- Diagnose and fix mechanical issues on bikes and other sports gear
- Keep your workspace clean and organized
- Work closely with customers to ensure they leave with the best possible experience
- Support and contribute to a fun, active, and community-driven team
- Experience working with hand tools and a mechanical mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Knowledge of bike maintenance, including brake and gear adjustments, tire/tube replacements, chain checks, and hydraulic brake repair
- Comfort working with deadlines, targets, and problem‑solving under pressure
- Ability to work independently while still being a team player

- You’re dependable and adaptable, willing to tackle different tasks as needed
- You bring a positive attitude and a creative approach to problem‑solving

Full-Time: 35-45 hours per week, must be available Saturdays.
Part-Time: 8+ hours per week, must be available Saturdays.
