What You’ll Own:

• Tackle routine maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and more
• Keep equipment and building systems humming - troubleshoot and fix issues before they become problems
• Jump on emergency repairs with a sense of urgency and precision
• Help coordinate with outside contractors and vendors to get big jobs done right
• Maintain tidy, organized work areas and keep supplies stocked and ready

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED - and at least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Solid grasp of general maintenance needs across building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
• Basic computer skills - you know your way around email, Word, and Excel
• Sharp attention to detail and top-note organization skills
• Team player attitude with strong communication skills
