Warehouse Sanitation

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Sanitation professional to keep our food distribution facility clean, safe, and inspection-ready. In this on-site role, you will clean and sanitize floors, aisles, docks, and storage areas, perform routine and deep cleaning, and safely handle chemicals and equipment. You will follow strict food safety, OSHA, and company sanitation standards, complete cleaning logs, and quickly address spills or hazards.

Working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, you'll support operations while contributing to a safety-first, performance-driven culture with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, aisles, docks, and storage areas
• Perform routine deep cleaning of high-traffic and food-contact areas
• Safely operate cleaning equipment such as scrubbers and vacuums
• Handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines
• Remove trash, debris, and recyclable materials from assigned areas
• Follow sanitation schedules and complete cleaning logs accurately
• Support pest-prevention and general housekeeping standards
• Follow OSHA, food safety, and company sanitation policies
• Inspect work areas and report hazards, spills, or damages
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to minimize disruptions
