In this role, you'll support the overall upkeep and functionality of the property, helping ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the property
Respond to guest service requests in a timely and professional manner
Assist with general upkeep, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks
Support preventative maintenance programs and seasonal property needs
Maintain clean and organized work spaces, tools, and equipment
Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
Assist with groundskeeping and outdoor upkeep as needed
Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience

Skills & Requirements:

Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred, but not required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
