Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Job Functions:

Lead by example in always following and promoting safety policies and procedures Maintenance of processing equipment, to include cleaning as needed:
Help identify worn, damaged, or unsafe equipment conditions Assist with welding, cutting, fabrication, and mechanical repairs as needed Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work on shredder-related equipment Team

Collaboration:

Support fellow team members and assist with various tasks as needed to achieve our goals. Customer Service:
Assist and guide customers to the appropriate locations for unloading materials. Pay starts at $20-$24

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years of experience in working outdoors. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with teammates and customers. Ability to work well in a team setting. Monday to Friday: 6 AM - 4 PM
- Occasional Saturdays: 6 AM - 12 PM (as needed during critical repairs and maintenance)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with heavy equipment and manufacturing is preferred. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are encouraged to apply.
