- Operate and monitor industrial boiler systems to ensure safe, reliable production
- Conduct equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs
- Replace belts, valves, and other components as needed
- Operate equipment such as front-end loaders
- Maintain safe, clean work areas
- Support plant operations by responding to changing priorities and operational needs
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Commitment to safety and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable performing physical work in an industrial environment
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions
- Previous industrial, maintenance, manufacturing, mechanical, heavy equipment, boiler, or utility experience is a plus
