What You'll Do
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance across Complete Care facilities.
  • Complete repairs involving carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, ceilings, and general building maintenance.
  • Assist with construction, remodeling, renovation, and facility improvement projects.
  • Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems or coordinate with licensed contractors when necessary.
  • Install furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other building components.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies to minimize disruptions to patient care and business operations.
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, equipment, and materials.
  • Support vendors and contractors during facility improvement projects.
  • Ensure facilities remain compliant with OSHA standards, ADA requirements, local building codes, and company safety policies.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and work order documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve facility operations, safety, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
