- Live and promote company values
- Proficient in all Welder 2 requirements
- Proficient in all MIG and TIG weld / positions
- Ability to recognize workflow issues and take necessary action in conjunction with department leadership
- Understanding of fabrication and correctly fitting parts to ensure quality welds
- Must be able to provide guidance and instruction when needed to Welder 1 or 2
- To maintain Welder 3 status, associate must be capable of performing any station in the department while meeting cycle times with a clear understanding that this may be required
- Leads by example in safety, attendance, behavior, performance and adhering to all shop rules
