Shifts:

12‑hour rotating (every 10 weeks): 07:00 AM – 07:00 PM and 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM.

Compensation:
Competitive pay range of $24.04 – $29.75 per hour, plus referral bonuses, annual and skilled‑based wage increases, and monthly production bonuses.

• Safely and effectively perform diagnostic testing and repairs on extensive electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to ensure continuous operation of production equipment.
• Perform planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming and extrusion process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair/maintain all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process, including trim presses, extruders, formers, and grinders.
• Modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
• Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure housekeeping in area(s) of responsibility is safe, clean, and tidy.
• Follow all company‑established rules and policies.

• High School diploma or equivalency; 3‑5 years related experience; 2‑year Electrical Technology degree;
  Residential/Commercial license preferred.
• Knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical), AC and DC drive systems.
• Previous electrical and mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; knowledge of PLCs required.
• Ability to work with others effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible to work overtime and off shifts as needed.
