AIM or MISSION:
- Live and Promotes Company Values
- Proficient in all Welder 1 requirements.
- Knowledge of Hot start (If applicable)
- Proficient in all MIG welds / position.
- TIG AC settings
- Amperage setting
- Gas setting
- Basic knowledge of consumables for TIG welding
- Torch angle and ability to feed rod consistently
- Ability to meet cycle times with acceptable quality on all MIG positions and beginning TIG positions.
- MIG score of ???+
