This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostess at Volto Bahrain, located in Adliya. As a Hostess, your main responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. You will work to ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining clear and professional communication. You will collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to create a positive and memorable atmosphere for all patrons.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with guests and team members
• Knowledge and experience with managing reservations and seating arrangements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to address guest needs effectively
• Polished phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations professionally
• Ability to maintain a friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor at all times
• Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer‑facing role is an advantage
