Assisted living facility located in Manassas, VA

As a maintenance assistant, your job is to help keep the building in good repair, clean, and safe for the older adults who live there. Your dedication will help create a nurturing and supportive environment for those in need.

• Responsible for driving the facility van and transporting residents to appointments.
• Perform small household repairs such as patching walls.
• Basic grounds/landscape care
• Small painting projects
• Fixture changes
• Any other repair or general maintenance needed.

• 18 years or older
• Previous experience with small household repairs
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license
