, we are hiring a lead A-Level Automotive Technician with 5+ years of in-shop experience to join our team across our Finksburg and Manchester locations. If you excel at check engine light diagnostics, electrical system troubleshooting, and drivability issues—and you want a shop that keeps your bay full,we should talk.
Shop-Provided Equipment: We invest in high-level shop scan tools, advanced diagnostic gear, fluid service and modern A/C service machines so you don't have to fight for tools or supply all your own diagnostic tools.

Work-Life Balance: 5-day work week (Mon–Fri). No weekends, ever.
Time Off: 12 days PTO (after 90 days) + 6 paid holidays.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on, in-shop experience as an A-Level / Lead Technician.
Diagnostic Expertise: Confident with check engine light diagnostics, complex electrical troubleshooting, scope usage, and network communication issues.
Team Player & Culture Fit: Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time, values customer care, and thrives in a supportive, high-accountability team environment.
Certifications: ASE certifications are preferred, but proven hands-on capability is king.
