The Maintenance Technician will join a team of housing professionals at The Residences at Chestnut, a new construction community in Manchester, NH. The property consists of 142 affordable units. The work hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, and grounds keeping. This role will also provide support to communities located in Nashua, NH and Haverhill, MA as needed.

The successful candidate will have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and HVAC. Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred. Must be available to participate in the emergency on-call service rotation and snow removal. A valid Driver’s License with access to a vehicle is required. Experience with Yardi is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
