Custodial Supervisor at Whale’s Tale Waterpark Lead the team that keeps the park looking pristine, fresh, and guest-ready!
Whale’s Tale Waterpark is seeking a reliable, detail-driven Custodial Supervisor to take charge of park cleanliness and facility sanitation during our busy summer season. You’ll lead a small but mighty team to ensure that every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and welcoming environment — from restrooms to high-traffic zones and everything in between.
This is a great opportunity for someone with leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for creating a positive guest experience behind the scenes.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Oversee the daily cleanliness and sanitation of all park restrooms and facilities
- Supervise and support a team of up to 6 custodial staff
- Manage refuse and waste removal across the property
- Ensure hard surfaces and public areas are sparkling clean and guest-ready
- Perform minor facility-related maintenance and repairs as needed
- Stay on top of cleanliness standards, supply inventory, and team performance
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Experience in custodial or facilities work is a plus
- Comfortable with hands-on work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Ability to lead by example, delegate tasks, and keep the team on track
- A “can-do” attitude and commitment to high cleanliness standards
- Seasonal position running May through September
- On-site at Whale’s Tale Waterpark, in the heart of the White Mountains
