The role covers mechanical, plumbing, lighting, custodial and landscaping tasks; responds to emergencies and system alarms; ensures safety and compliance; and may guide junior staff while coordinating with vendors and contractors.
Schedule:
Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:00pm. Compensation: $23–$25/hr.
