Pest Control Technician

We are seeking a hard‑working, innovative, detail‑oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as a full‑time Pest Control Technician. The position is located on the road in the Exeter, NH area. The successful candidate will report to our office in Manchester, NH once per week.

• Run a daily route, resolving customer pest concerns and issues.
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order.
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided.
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing the most efficient pest solution for each customer’s needs.
• Maintain and service route customers according to company standards and procedures.
• Advise customers of potential problems.
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes.
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in use.
• Work schedule includes every other Saturday.
• Carry a product backpack weighing approximately 50 lbs.
• Assign a local route within the service area.

• No prior experience required; we provide training.
• A U.S. driver’s license valid for a minimum of 3 years.
• A clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years).
• Willingness to pass a drug test and background check.

• $21.00 – $23.00 per hour with uncapped bonuses.
