THG Ingenuity is seeking a shift engineer to join our Fulfilment site focused on maintaining equipment reliability and safe, timely production. You will apply modern maintenance techniques and drive CI initiatives to improve asset availability.
You will partner with operations to respond quickly to daily needs, develop the Plant PPM program, perform RCA on stoppages, and coach operators across site to improve skills and adherence to food safety and quality standards.
