Schedule:6 PM – 6 AM (Rotating schedule)

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 Maintenance Technicians to ensure safe and efficient facility operations.
• Track equipment downtime, review maintenance data, and identify opportunities to improve reliability and reduce production interruptions.
• Manage preventive maintenance schedules and monitor completion of maintenance activities to maximize equipment performance.
• Coordinate employee training, certifications, and skill development programs for maintenance team members.
• Conduct safety, housekeeping, and lockout/tagout audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor employee time and attendance records and support daily workforce planning and scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and operational performance.
• Partner with production and facility leadership to prioritize maintenance activities and support business goals.

• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• 2+ years of supervision experience
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with PLC and HMI systems
• Technical degree or vocational certification in industrial maintenance or related field preferred
