WM is North America’s leading provider of comprehensive waste management environmental services. We manage and reduce waste from collection to disposal, recover resources, and create clean, renewable energy.

Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

Location:

Waste disposal site in Gwinner, ND.

• Operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, scrapers, and front‑end loaders) in compliance with company operating safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles as per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

• Motor coordination with finger dexterity required most of the workday.
• Occasional handling of objects less than 30 pounds.
• May be exposed to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, toxic chemicals) rarely.
• Work environment involves dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes or similar elements most of the workday.
