Tonti is seeking a hands‑on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations in our communities. You will lead a small team, execute work orders, and partner with the Property Manager to keep properties safe and welcoming.
You will diagnose issues, coordinate vendors, and ensure preventative maintenance is completed on time. A valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC certification, and personal tools are required.
