Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Complete preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Troubleshoot and respond to facility work orders in a timely manner
Maintain equipment logs and documentation
Coordinate with vendors/contractors as needed
Participate in on-call rotation and emergency response
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Facility maintenance or engineering experience
Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work independently
Strong focus on safety and reliability
