Facilities Technician

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Facilities Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and overall operational readiness of multiple bank branch locations. This position is responsible for performing a variety of preventative and corrective maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain safe and functional for our staff and customers. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on professional with experience in general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, structural repairs, and safety systems.

This role requires strong problem‑solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize work independently while maintaining a high level of customer service.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on doors, locks, flooring, ceiling tiles, fixtures, and other building components.
• Complete basic drywall repairs, painting, and minor carpentry work.
• Perform light plumbing repairs and basic electrical troubleshooting.
• Assist with maintaining and troubleshooting building systems and equipment.
• Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks to promote the longevity and reliability of facility assets.

• Respond promptly and professionally to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
• Prioritize and manage work orders using the maintenance management system in coordination with the Facilities Manager.
• Ensure timely and effective completion of service requests while minimizing repeat maintenance issues.
• Provide exceptional service to employees, customers, and vendors while representing the organization in a professional manner.

• Maintain tools, supplies, and critical repair inventory.
• Identify and communicate facility hazards, safety concerns, and major repair needs.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and facility operating procedures.
• Support initiatives that promote a safe and secure environment across all branch locations.

• Participate in preventative maintenance programs to maximize building efficiency and reliability.
• Exercise independent judgment when prioritizing maintenance activities and responding to urgent issues.
• Effectively manage competing priorities and changing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Travel to branch locations approximately 50% of the time.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
