Salary: $17.78 – $21.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (8‑hour shifts)
Position Type:
Full‑time, 40 hours weekly
This position works eight‑hour shifts daily from Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. It performs semi‑skilled building maintenance tasks such as boiler operation and maintenance, rough carpentry, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance to assist in the facility’s maintenance, repair, and operating needs. Occasional transport of residents to and from medical appointments is required.
Licenses And CertificationsValid South Dakota driver’s license required.
The Ideal Candidate Will HaveExperience operating boilers, boiler maintenance, building/property maintenance, and general maintenance knowledge and skills. Communication skills, honesty, a friendly positive attitude, a sense of urgency, and willingness to serve others are valued.

The position is eligible for Veterans’ Preference per ARSD 55:10:02:08.
