You will oversee maintenance staff, schedule work, conduct inspections, and ensure safe, compliant operations across multiple sites.
Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, locksmithing), contractor management, records, and a city-wide master key system.
