Job Skills / RequirementsNo prior work experience required! Pay rate $18.50/hr
Every job within a school district plays an important role—and this includes out mover/utility technicians. As part of our operations team, you will help prepare school facilities by supporting the safe and efficient movement of furniture, equipment, and materials across various school sites. You may also be tasked with light painting, grounds work, or other various tasks as needed.
Responsibilities- Ability to read, follow instructions, and work as part of a team.
- Punctual, dependable, and professional in demeanor.
- Must be able to work with a diverse group of people.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Previous moving or general labor experience is a plus but not required.
- Previous grounds experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent bending, stooping, standing, and walking for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day).
- Ability to operate lawn equipment, or other various tools as needed.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor environments.
