Technician in Mechanical Testing Lab Job Description
Join our team as a Technician in the Mechanical Testing Lab, where you will execute mechanical tests following instructions from engineers and other technicians, adhering to applicable codes and standards.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and legible records of mechanical testing setup and results.
- Interact with engineers and external customers to deliver desired results in a timely manner.
- Work closely with other team members to accomplish mechanical testing operations.
- Maintain a clean and presentable working area.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical (hydraulic) equipment.
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and data acquisition software.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Skills & Qualifications
- Welding skills and knowledge are beneficial.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
