Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment;
Perform general interior maintenance such as HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, and kitchen equipment maintenance (meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers, etc.);
Conduct minor plumbing repairs and maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts;
Complete special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and other general maintenance duties;
Be on call for after-hours emergencies and ensure safety procedures are followed
