Seasonal Evening Facility Attendant for Volleyball or Basketball

Summary Of Job

This position is responsible for the supervision of facility rentals at Citizen Park, the Senior Center and other places as needed.

Responsibilities include unlocking facilities, turning on lights and switches, supervising group activities, cleaning up after events, securing buildings, and setting up and tearing down equipment.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

This position must possess the ability to apply situational reasoning ability by exercising good judgment in stressful situations, decisiveness and creativity in complex situations; interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral and diagram or schedule form; the ability to read and interpret policy manuals established for work environment; and the ability to communicate effectively with Department staff, City employees and the general public.
