Responsibilities

In this position you will work as part of a team to maintain the company buildings and premises to ensure a safe and orderly work environment. This will include various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning floors, stairs, and restrooms, along with emptying wastepaper baskets and other assigned tasks. In addition, this position will perform indoor and outdoor maintenance and landscaping duties and assist with meeting and event set up and tear down.

We are seeking someone who is driven to provide exceptional service to internal customers, resulting in a safe and secure working environment, as well as someone who is driven to continuously learn and grow.

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prefer special class Stationary Engineer's license or ability to obtain.
• Prefer minimum of two years' work experience in a related job demonstrating mechanical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Lift a minimum of 75 pounds. Push and/or pull a cart with items weighing up to 500 pounds.
• Ability to operate various hand tools and power equipment.

Maintenance pay range is $22.90 - $30.90. Starting salary will be $22.90. This position is located in our Mankato, MN office.

Hours for this position are flexible between 8:30 a.m.

- 6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, but may fluctuate based on need.
