Cleaner to our growing team in Mankato, MN
!

This position will be responsible for general cleaning and caretaking at multi-family housing properties.

• Complete the turnover process of vacant units
• Common area cleaning
• Remove trash and recycling regularly
• Seasonal outside grounds work
• Grounds inspection and trash pick-up
• Maintain professional, courteous manner with all residents, contractors, and fellow co-workers
• Comply with all Fair Housing laws

• Cleaning/janitorial experience preferred. Training provided as needed!
• Familiarity with standard cleaning equipment and products

• Excellent time management
