Position Summary
Performs a variety of general maintenance and janitorial duties, including maintaining Company buildings and grounds.
Role And Responsibilities- Provides care for company grounds including such activities as maintaining the lawn, landscaping, and removing snow as needed.
- Ensuring property grounds are free of garbage and other debris.
- Maintains buildings as needed, including minor repairs, replacing lighting fixtures, cleaning windows, and painting when necessary.
- Performs minor plumbing repairs as needed.
- Performs janitorial duties, including cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
- Receives and carries out instructions.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned
