Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is hiring CLEANING TECHNICIANS in several markets. We are looking for reliable candidates with an eye for quality.
PositionCleaning Technician - Part Time / Nights - Mansfield
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Requirements: Applicants must have your own vehicle and must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, dust mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, glass cleaning and restroom cleaning.
- Request necessary supplies and maintenance needed on equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining equipment assigned in a neat and clean condition.
- Perform other similar and related duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work standing up for long periods of time.
- Must have basic interpersonal skills; ability to work in the general public and communicate with co-workers and customers.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be able to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 – 50 pounds.
