As we scale up and add more properties to our portfolio, we are looking for a motivated, trustworthy individual to grow with us. This is a unique, guaranteed‑salary part‑time role designed for someone who wants to learn the trades, sharpen their skills, and quickly step up into a leadership or full‑time position.

Property maintenance has a natural rhythm—some days we are stacked with work orders, and other days are light.
That is why we pay a steady $300/week salary. You get a reliable paycheck regardless of daily volume, working just 5 hours a day.

• Perform entry‑level property maintenance, light construction, and quick‑turn repairs.
• Service unique short‑term rentals (Airbnbs) and long‑term rental properties across Arlington and North Fort Worth.
• Interact professionally with property guests and when completing service requests.
• Participate in an alternating, every‑other‑weekend on‑call rotation for emergencies. (Emergencies are rare, but when they happen, you are paid an extra $30/hour).

• The Right Attitude: You are hungry to learn, or an experienced tech looking for a stable crew. You must be highly coachable, punctual, and great at following directions.
• Professional Presence: Because we operate in occupied homes and guest‑facing Airbnbs, top‑tier customer service and patience are mandatory. Technicians must maintain a professional appearance (clean clothes, clean‑shaven or well‑kept beard).
• Experience: Entry‑level knowledge of maintenance or construction is enough, but we are fully willing to train the right person if the motivation and drive are there.
• Logistics: Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle to travel to different job locations daily.
• Background: Due to the nature of entering private residences and guest properties, a clean background check is required (no felonies or theft‑related charges).
