Maintenance Technician – Mansfield, OH / Ashland, OH

We are growing in the Mansfield, OH area and are looking for a career-oriented Maintenance Technician I to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready between residents, handling on-site maintenance calls, and performing preventative maintenance.
What We Offer- Pay of $20.00-$23.00
- Quarterly bonus up to $750.00
- $100.00 on-call bonus

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
