Maintenance Technician / Mechanic

Pay range: $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair small diesel/gas engines, centrifugal pumps, generators, electrical circuits, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Maintain rental fusion equipment; perform scheduled maintenance and repair damaged equipment.
- Maintain records of service, repairs, and scheduled maintenance.
- Complete 24‑hour check‑ins and machine checklists.
- Enter and maintain rental equipment data in computer system.
- Prepare equipment for shipping, prepare repair quotes for customers, and write repair orders.
- Locate required parts using local vendors or vendor websites.
- Repair fabrication shop equipment as needed and provide field support for equipment troubleshooting.
- Use computers for order entry, parts ordering, and email (experience is a plus).
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Applicants may also be asked to work in the Shipping & Receiving area. Responsibilities may include packing and loading customer orders of piping, valves, and fusion equipment; completing daily cycle counts; and receiving product or equipment from vendors.
Base Qualifications- Ability to meet deadlines, work flexible hours, and work in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical demands: occasional lifting, standing, and climbing are frequently required. ISCO is a drug‑free workplace.
- Ability to use independent judgment and work both independently and in a team setting.
- Experience in a leadership role is preferred.
Screening requirements include a physical, drug screen, and criminal background check.

High School diploma or equivalent (required).
Experience3 years of related mechanical experience and/or training (preferred).
