Carleton Living in Mansfield, TX is seeking a Service Manager to lead the apartment maintenance and preventative maintenance program. You will supervise the maintenance team, assign work, and oversee repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and groundskeeping.
This role requires hands-on leadership, strong organization, and the ability to coordinate with the Community Manager. EPA Type II/HVAC credentials and a CPO license are preferred. A valid driver’s license is required.
