Director of Maintenance & Reliability

Rise Baking Company, LLC seeks a Director of Maintenance & Reliability to lead maintenance strategy, reliability programs, and asset management across our commercial bakery operations. This role oversees plant maintenance teams, preventative and predictive maintenance, and equipment upgrades to maximize uptime, safety, and product quality. Partnering with production, quality, and EHS, you'll drive root cause analysis, capital planning, and continuous improvement while building a people-focused, collaborative, and safety-first maintenance culture in a growing manufacturing environment.
