Facilities Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team. As a Facilities Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational integrity of the facility.

Pay Range:$26-$30.45 per/hr

Shift:Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed - 5:00am - 2:30 pm

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and adjustments on mechanical systems.
• Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including fixtures, pipes, and water heaters.
• Perform minor electrical repairs, such as replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems, including filters, coils, and thermostats.

• Ability to perform general maintenance and troubleshooting tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance with regulations.
