Harvard Maintenance - - Responsibilities:
Perform basic cleaning of all assigned areas including restrooms, common areas, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, trashing, dusting and polishing;
Move and reposition furniture, vacuum, empty trash and replace liners;
Restock toilet tissue and dispensers in restrooms; clean and sanitize fixtures; clean mirrors; spot clean partition doors and walls;
Sweep and mop tile floors; dust mop; remove gum; spot clean glass surfaces;
Attend to flooded areas and incidental spills; restock carts and closets at end of shift
