Warehouse Service Tech and Small Parcel Fulfillment

Storylink is a brand engagement agency located in the Twin Cities. We design and build custom brand engagement exhibits and activations. This position assists in daily warehouse workflow including preparation and delivery of tradeshow exhibits as well as assisting small parcel fulfillment team. Strong candidates would have attention to detail, strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work in small teams or on their own.

• Assist in preparation of outgoing freight incl. all booth prep, loading/unloading trucks.
• Inspect and clean flooring materials for exhibits.
• Work with AV technology team to organize, test and prepare AV equipment required for exhibits and events, ensuring correct cabling, remotes and equipment needed.
• Operate company forklift in effective and safe manner (update forklift safety training if required).
• Receive incoming freight (this will include some heavy-lifting).
• Execute detailed check‑in process of exhibit properties, displays and fixtures.
• Set up booths and test fit graphics.
• Follow direction from Warehouse/ Shipping manager and Production manager.
• Organize Fed Ex shipments when required.
• Assist with parking lot and sidewalk snow and ice removal when necessary.
• Responsible for general cleanliness of company warehouse.
• Other tasks and duties as dictated by Warehouse Manager/ Production Manager.
• Use current time keeping forms and account system to maintain Storylink billing system.

• Computer operation including knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• RF scanners and inventory software.
• Attendance is critical and must report to work on time and per schedule.
• Vehicle for transportation to office and warehouse.
• Effective and professional interpersonal communications.
• Attention to detail and ability to document details in an orderly and effective manner.
• Ability to proactively solve problems (tasks priorities, post‑delivery issues, repairs, exhibit set ups, etc.).
• Accountability, reliability and precise communications.
• Forklift experience.

This is a full‑time position of 40 hrs a week with holiday and PTO allocated. During the busy period you can expect to work more than 40 hrs with required overtime.
