HVAC Tech / Heating Engineer, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Position Summary
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellent upkeep and appearance of the property, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities- Regularly inspect property for necessary repairs or replacements
- Address work requests for common areas and individual apartment units
- Conduct preventative maintenance to uphold property standards
- Diagnose and repair kitchen and laundry appliances as required
- Prepare vacant units for new incoming residents
- Participate in on-call duties occasionally (with a trip stipend provided for after-hours callbacks)
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment
- 1 - 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting
- Experience with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred
- CPO certification is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and insurance may be necessary
$22 - $24/hour, depending on experience, plus up to 5% bonus potential.
