Position Summary

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the excellent upkeep and appearance of the property, contributing to a positive living experience for our residents.

• Regularly inspect property for necessary repairs or replacements
• Address work requests for common areas and individual apartment units
• Conduct preventative maintenance to uphold property standards
• Diagnose and repair kitchen and laundry appliances as required
• Prepare vacant units for new incoming residents
• Participate in on-call duties occasionally (with a trip stipend provided for after-hours callbacks)
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment

• 1 - 2 years of maintenance experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, and painting
• Experience with HVAC and EPA certifications preferred
• CPO certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and insurance may be necessary

$22 - $24/hour, depending on experience, plus up to 5% bonus potential.
