• Oversee daily shop operations and help guide the technician team toward efficiency, accuracy, and quality.
• Perform and supervise diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles.
• Lead by example with a "fix it right the first time" mindset — and inspire your team to do the same.
• Provide accurate labor and time estimates for repairs and communicate findings clearly to Service Advisors and customers in plain, understandable language.
• Review and ensure repair orders are completed correctly, on time, and to our quality standards.
• Mentor and support junior technicians, helping them grow their skills and confidence.
• Stay current on emerging automotive technology and techniques through ongoing training.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop environment.

• 4+ years of automotive technician experience required.
• ASE Certification preferred — Master Level Tech a strong plus.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable.
• Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle types and systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff and customers.
• Valid driver's license.
• A professional attitude, personal integrity, and a servant-leader mentality.
• Must be local to or able to reliably commute to the Marathon, FL area.

This is a full-time position. A 90-day introductory period applies.
