Pest Control Service Professional (Maintenance)

• Building Relationships: Create lifelong connections with internal and external customers, delivering excellent service to foster customer loyalty.
• Managing Your Service Route: Responsible for the daily operations of the Universal Service Route, with strong time-management to complete tasks. Include:
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper function.
• Problem-solve customer accounts for current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Safety First: Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or driving the company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY and uphold professionalism and customer care.
• Act as a brand ambassador, representing our values with every customer interaction.

• Training pay $18-$22, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• No Experience Required!
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

The role requires physical tasks and exposure to various environments. Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
