$18‑$22 per hour

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage your daily service route using time‑management skills.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor and maintain termite bait systems.
• Problem‑solve customer accounts, providing timely communication and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, sales, fellow service professionals) to deliver outstanding service.
• Apply pest control products per label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety‑first mindset while operating equipment or driving company vehicle.

• Adhere to the NORTHWEST WAY, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.
• Represent the brand as an ambassador in every customer interaction.

• Training pay $18‑$22, a company vehicle, and a company cell phone.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently and manage route‑based assignments.

• Safely use ladders within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Work in all weather conditions.
