Job DescriptionThe role involves executing a wide range of in-store tasks such as installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and following planograms and client-specific directives. You will work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications to complete assignments efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps.
- Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
- Following planograms and client-specific directives.
- Responding to field services management within 24 hours of contact.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date availability.
- Completing all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Installing and building displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Completing necessary forms and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
- Maintaining and updating displays according to planograms and client requests.
- Conducting break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participating in early‑morning installations and team installations, providing solution feedback.
- Managing virtual software and ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assisting other team members as needed.
- Adhering to timelines associated with accurate timecard submission and reporting anomalies daily.
- Working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Completing training and certification programs.
- Accurately tracking, recording, and communicating activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Remaining available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Accepting and scheduling all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Following all directives and executing tasks fully and completely.
- Collaborating with the shared services team to identify opportunities for improvement and drive solutions.
- Age / Eligibility: Must be 18 or older (due to insurance requirements) and authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Flexible from Monday through Friday; weekend, holiday, early morning, and late‑night availability as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical Abilities: Climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
- Communication
Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication via phone, text, and email; responsive to field services management within 24 hours. - Education: High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
- Experience Preferred: Installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
- Technology: Must own an Android or Apple mobile device and be able to navigate various communication platforms independently.
- Training: Must complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; collaborate autonomously and as part of a team.
- Transportation and Travel: Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willingness to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership & Communication: Superior communication and presentation skills; sound decision‑making, good judgment, effective problem‑solving, and strong time‑management.
- $16.50 per hour
