East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing, a 117-bed skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Assistant to help ensure our facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming. If you take pride in problem-solving and hands-on work, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a healthcare setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the facility

• Assist with light electrical, carpentry, flooring, and plumbing projects

• Complete routine painting, patching, and drywall touch-ups

• Support preventive maintenance efforts and safety inspections

• Troubleshoot and report maintenance issues proactively

• Collaborate with staff to address equipment needs and facility upkeep

What We’re Looking For:

• Background in general maintenance, repair, and light construction

• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work is a plus but not required

• Ability to work independently and with a team

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
